What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number and any details you include in your message (which may include part-exchange vehicle details).

Why we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a possible sale. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request and taking steps at your request prior to any contract.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. We retain enquiry records only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.
